PVC baseboard moulding is not only functional, but aesthetically pleasing. It comes ready to install, painting is not required, however we recommend to maintain uniform color; paint your trim with a 100% acrylic latex paint. PVC baseboard is water-resistant and easy to clean, making it ideal for bathrooms, exteriors, or anywhere moisture is a concern. Installing base moulding where walls meet the floor is not only necessary to hide gaps and protect walls from traffic and floor maintenance, but it also adds character and value to your home. One great benefit of PVC is that it won't absorb water and is perfect for installing directly to masonry or below ground level (basements). PVC is installed with standard wood0working tools and can be fastened with stainless steel or hot-dipped galvanized nails. Use standard PVC cements to make installation a breeze.
